Ranchero Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans green chile salsa
1 (15 oz.) can spicy refried beans
6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook beef and drain off juice.
Add beans and salsa.
Stir and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Add (grated) cheese.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Put Ranchero Dip in a crock-Pot on low to keep it hot.
