Greek Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Olive Oil
    2- 8 oz cans crescent dinner rolls
    3- 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 C chopped onion
    2-3 tsp. dried dill weed
    16 oz mozzarella cheese
    1 C small curd cottage cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat spinach and squeeze all the water out. Place one can of crescent rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, press seams together to make crust. Brush top with 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil. Bake 5 minutes (do not over bake). Allow to cool slightly.
