Strawberry Pie In Meringue Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until forms soft peaks; gradually add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Spread mixture in buttered 10-inch pie pan, spreading sides slightly higher.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or brown.
    Cool.
