Make Your Own Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. salad oil
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. dried, minced onions or 3 Tbsp. fresh onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
