Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain salmon, saving juice.
    Crush salmon and stir in eggs, salmon juice and cracker crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Add salt, pepper and lemon juice, mixing well.
    Shape into patties and fry in hot shortening until golden brown.
    This makes 5 servings.
