Bulgogi Beef(Korean Barbecue) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thinly sliced rump beef
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
dash of pepper
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. toasted and ground sesame seed
1 Tbsp. sake or sherry
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and marinate beef just before cooking. Serve with sticky rice.
For more flavor, add gochujan (2 tablespoons of soybean paste, cayenne pepper and soy sauce).
