Tail Gate Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat or ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 (No. 2) cans whole tomatoes
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation

Brown meat in stew pot; drain good.
Add onions, peppers and garlic; cook until tender.
Add tomatoes and spices.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Add beans.
Simmer 30 minutes longer.
