Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    16 to 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut slice from top of baked potato or half a large one lengthwise.
    Scoop out inside; mash and add hot milk, butter and seasonings.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Pile lightly into shells and return to oven to brown slightly, if desired.
    Add finely chopped onion, stiffly beaten egg white or cheese before returning to oven.
