Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/3 c. cooked rice (I use Minute rice)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (I use jalapeno or mild Mexican)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Combine broccoli and onion.
    Cook all according to package. Drain and add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Put some shredded cheese on and melt.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
    One small jar of chopped pimento adds color; it's up to you.
