Sister Floy Guffey'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    6 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. flavoring (vanilla, almond, lemon, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening, then add 4 eggs.
    Beat two minutes. Add two more eggs and plain flour.
    Add just a pinch of salt and flavoring.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
