Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
some chopped onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the salmon.
Then add salmon and fold into mixture so as not to break up the salmon. Make into patties and fry.
