Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks, well beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cook over moderate heat until thick, stirring
constantly.
Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell and cover with
meringue made of egg whites and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Bake in moderate oven until brown.
