Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 large container Cool-Whip
2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
milk for pudding

Preparation

Mix butter, flour and nuts and press in large oblong dish. Bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.
