Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In bowl of food processor, insert shredding blade and cover. Shred potatoes with skins and onion.
    You can also do this with a hand grater.
