Crock-Pot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain well.
    Combine next 6 ingredients and place in crock-pot.
    Set on high.
    When all cheeses are melted, add remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Turn crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
    May also be used as a topping for nacho chips or baked potatoes.
