Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 (6 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, oil, corn, peppers, onion, cornmeal and one cup of cheese.
    Pour into a well-greased baking dish or iron skillet that is piping hot.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
