Fruit Cobbler Without Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
2 c. fruit juice
Preparation

Melt margarine in square baking dish.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together.
Stir and mix well.
Pour into melted margarine; do not stir.
Pour 2 cups fruit juice of choice over mixture.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in oven.
