Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
20 marshmallows, diced or 2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Drop marshmallows in jello, stirring until well dissolved; let cool.
Add lemon juice and mayonnaise to cream cheese.
Combine with jello mixture.
Add pineapple and nuts; chill.
