Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until stiff.
    Add pecans, stirring to coat thoroughly.
    Combine last 3 ingredients and add to pecan mixture.
    Mix well.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
