Fluffy Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add the sugar, beating until all sugar is dissolved and peaks are stiff and glossy.
    Carefully spread the meringue over hot, cooked filling, being careful to seal the meringue to edge of pie crust all the way around.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue peaks are golden.
