Nutmeg Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together three times.
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour alternately with milk, a small amount at a time.
Beat until smooth after each addition, add flavoring.
Bake in greased Bundt pan at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
When cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
