Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    tomato soup
    Cheddar cheese
    egg, beaten
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant as for frying. Dip in beaten egg and cracker crumbs. Fry the slices. Make stacks, alternating eggplant, undiluted tomato soup and grated cheese, using 3 slices of eggplant to each stack. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
