Sweet And Sour Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed venison
    1 stick margarine
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan; add onion and simmer until onion is transparent.
    Add venison; cook until browned.
    Place mixture into crock-pot.
    Add ketchup, brown sugar and green pepper.
    Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve on bed of rice.
