Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    1 small onion, finely diced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 clove garlic, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Refrigerate until firm, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
