Potato Salad(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium boiled potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped parsley
    1/2 c. French dressing
Preparation
    Let potatoes cool, then cut into cubes. Add chopped onions and tomatoes; mix well with salt and parsley. Serve on lettuce leaves with boiled dressing.
