Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    skim milk (enough to make soup consistency)
    instant potatoes
Preparation
    Peel, clean and cube potatoes.
    Place in medium saucepan and cover with water.
    Slice onion and add to water.
    Bring to a boil and boil until potatoes are done.
    Drain water.
    Add butter, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
    Thicken to desired consistency with instant potatoes.
    Warm milk and enjoy.
