Ingredients

1 lb. apples
1/2 c. sugar (4 oz.)
1 stick butter or margarine (4 oz.)
3/4 c. self-rising flour (6 oz.)
2 eggs
a little milk
Preparation
-
Cook apples in a small amount of water until soft, sweeten to taste.
Place in greased pie dish (8 x 8-inch Pyrex or similar); allow to cool.
