Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
