Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. water
    1 average head lettuce
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the first 5 ingredients.
    Let cool.
    Shred lettuce.
    Dice pepper and onion.
    Grate carrot.
    Mix all vegetables together and pour brine over them.
    Freeze until needed.
