Out Of This World Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 baked pie shells
1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3-oz. box raspberry jell-o
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. red food coloring
4 bananas, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Cool Whip

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine the cherry pie filling, pineapple, sugar, cornstarch and food coloring; cook until thick. Remove from heat and stir in jell-o; allow to cool.
Add the sliced bananas and chopped nuts.
Pour into 2 baked pie shells and chill well.
Top with Cool Whip before serving.
