Festive Egg Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled into pieces
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and cheese in greased baking dish 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture.
    Cook uncovered in 350\u00b0 preheated oven until golden brown.
    Let set about 30 minutes and cut into 12 (3-inch) squares.
    Great for brunch!
