Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 bay leaf
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 green pepper, diced
    lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions, green peppers and garlic.
    Cook until onoins are transparent.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce, paste, salt, pepper and other spices.
    Cover and simmer one hour.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Arrange in layers of sauce, noodles and cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
