Fall Fruit Souffle Salad * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 apple, diced
1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 c. seeded Tokay grapes, halved
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add lemon juice and salad dressing.
Blend with rotary beater, add cold water and blend. Pour into freezing tray and chill until firm around the edges. Remove from tray and whip until fluffy.
Fold in fruit.
Chill.
