Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large peeled and cored apples, sliced
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation

Place cut apples in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan or deep dish baking pan.
Mix together the white sugar and cinnamon; pour
over apples.
Mix the brown sugar, flour and margarine together until mixture is crumbly; place on top of apple mixture.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until apples are soft when pierced with a fork.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
