Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Heat juice and add gelatin.
    Let cool until slightly
    set.
    Beat gelatin with electric beater until smooth. Fold
    in
    pineapple,
    celery,
    nuts, cream cheese and beaten cream (unsweetened).
    Pour mixture into glass bowl and refrigerate.
