Persimmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar (white)
    24 graham crackers, crushed
    14 large marshmallows, cut into quarters or miniature marshmallows
    1 c. nuts (I use 3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter)
Preparation
    Mix together; roll in graham cracker crumbs.
    I crush a few more than 24.
    Chill.
    Slice and serve with whipped cream or you can eat it plain.
