Brandied Stuffed Dates - cooking recipe

1 lb. pitted dates
1 c. brandy
1 c. pecan halves
sugar
Preparation

Soak dates in brandy, turning occasionally until most of the brandy is absorbed, about 24 hours.
Place a pecan in each date. Press to close.
Roll in sugar.
Store airtight in refrigerator.
