Drunk Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean roast
    flour
    oil
    1 bottle cooking wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour roast and brown in oil.
    Add cooking wine, salt and pepper.
    Cooking wine has salt added so be careful not to over salt. Bake in heavy covered pan at 350\u00b0 for about 3 hours or until tender. May have to add a little water if needed. Remove meat and thicken juice with a little cornstarch and water.
    Serve over mashed potatoes.
