Hungarian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled, sliced thin, peeled
    4 boiled eggs, grated
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix butter, sour cream, salt and pepper (much easier to mix and pour if warm) and layer in this order in buttered pan:
    potatoes, eggs, sour cream mixture and bread crumbs; repeat layers.
    Top with bread crumbs and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
