Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. cooked carrots, sliced
    1 small onion, cut round
    1 green pepper, cut round
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine all ingredients with the drained carrots and refrigerate overnight.
    This keeps well 3 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
