Boiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    celery with leaves
    onion
    carrot
    piece of fresh ginger
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken breast; debone if desired.
    Place chicken in a small stock pot; add some celery, onion and carrot and a piece of fresh ginger.
    Add enough cold water to cover by 2 inches; bring to a boil.
    Cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no sign of pink remains.
    Do not overcook.
