Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. butterscotch chips
    1/3 c. butter
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    14 oz. can Magnolia condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt chips and butter, stir in crumbs and nuts.
    Press 1/2 of this mixture into pan.
    Beat cheese until fluffy; add condensed milk, vanilla and egg.
    Mix well and pour over crumbs in pan then top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool to room temperature then chill in refrigerator before cutting into bars.
