Creamy Tuna Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    2 pimentos, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put rice, milk and seasoning in double boiler.
    Cook over boiling water until tender (40 minutes).
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well; put in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
