Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. onion soup
    1 c. beef consomme
    1 stick butter, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Mix up all ingredients and pour in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes with cover on.
    Stir once.
