Beignet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix yeast with warm water; stir well.
    Add 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 more cups flour.
    Mix well and then turn out on floured bag (a plastic bag works well), and knead, knead, knead, then place in large bowl with just a little oil.
    Spread in bowl, cover and allow to rise.
