Tacos Verde, Blanco, Y Rojo(Green, White And Red Tacos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 pickled serrano or jalapeno peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped or 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken breasts or pork
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    12 (6-inch) tortillas
    2 c. guacamole
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in the 1 tablespoon oil until tender; stir in tomato sauce, peppers and salt.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in chicken or pork; heat thoroughly.
    Keep warm.
    In small skillet, heat the 2 tablespoons oil.
    Holding tortillas with tongs, dip each tortilla in the hot oil for about 10 seconds or just until limp. Drain on paper toweling.
