2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 to 1 c. cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix together cornmeal, sour cream, corn, oil, onion and eggs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
