Middle Eastern Candy(Fudge) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. powdered dry milk
    2 Tbsp. melted clarified butter
    1 1/2 tsp. rose water
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped pistachio or walnuts
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
Preparation
    Dissolve the sugar in water and cook in a saucepan until it forms a thick syrup.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter.
    Gradually add the powdered milk, stirring constantly.
    Return to heat (very low burner) and stir for about 2 minutes.
    Add rose water.
    Stir (batter is thick).
