Crabmeat Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Maine crabmeat
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cut up
slight pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. margarine for frying
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except margarine and cracker crumbs.
Shape into cakes.
Dip in crumbs.
Fry.
