Blackberry Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blackberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Set aside some berries for decoration.
    Use the rest to make a sauce.
    Add the sugar. Whip the cream.
    Blend the egg yolks and the berry mixture into the cream. Freeze.
    (Can also use strawberries or raspberries.)
